How do I pay?
Jump4Joy Entertainment accepts cash, checks, money orders, and Paypal for both deposits and balances.

What is your cancellation policy?
Events must be cancelled 15 days in advance to receive a full refund. Events cancelled more than 7 days but less than 15 days in advance will forfeit the 40% deposit. Events cancelled less than 1 day in advance will not receive a refund unless otherwise noted.

Obviously, Jump4Joy Entertainment wants our customers to be happy and we desire a long term working relationship. However, most of our business is booked more than 15-30 days in advance and a cancellation inside 15 days will result in a blank date on our calendar and a loss of income. We will do everything in our power to work with our customers and we are sympathetic to the most extenuating circumstances. We are also more than willing to work with you to reschedule your event.

What about a weather related cancellation?
All weather related cancellations will receive a full refund, unless the rental/s are out for delivery or have been delivered. We ask that you keep watch of the weather for your event date so you may cancel prior to your event date and receive a full refund. Weather related cancellations are defined as follows: rain or snow on the day of an outdoor event, national weather service travelers advisory on the day of the event, winds in excess of 25 MPH on the day of an outdoor event. Weather related cancellations for indoor
events are only issued for National Weather Service travelers advisory, winter storm warnings, and tornado warnings on the day of the event.

What about wind?
Jump4Joy Entertainment will not, under any circumstances, set up units outdoors in winds over 15 MPH.

What about safety?
Jump4Joy Entertainment adheres to a safety first policy! We reserve the right to refuse setup or to shut down in any situation, facility, or circumstance we believe to be UNSAFE or

What are the electrical requirements?
A separate 110v circuit is required for each unit. We CAN NOT operate two blowers on one circuit! Outlets MUST be located within 100 feet of the inflatable unit, 50 feet is preferred. Ground fault outlets are required for ALL units. We also have ground fault extension cords available at no additional charge.

If an electrical outlet is unavailable, Jump4Joy Entertainment has generators available for rent. Generators are $50 rented with an inflatable or $125 without inflatable rental. Generators are rented out with a full tank of gas.

Are the units clean?
Units are inspected before and after each event. Our units are cleaned and sanitized prior to your event. Jump4Joy Entertainment operates at the highest standards and our products will reflect our standards. All of our inflatables were purchased new and we continue to add new inflatable options throughout each year!

How far will you travel?
Jump4Joy Entertainment will travel anywhere in Oklahoma. We offer our services free of delivery charges within 20 miles of Enid. However, any event outside this 20 mile radius will be subject to $1.00 per mile one way with a $25 minimum. Discounted or free delivery available with multiple rentals.

Do you offer package deals?
Yes, Jump4Joy Entertainment offers package deals, including reduced rates, waived attendant fees, or waived additional mileage. Depending on the event, distance traveled and number of units involved, we offer different package deals. Contact us with the details of your event and we will figure a price for your large event.

Do you offer attendants for events?
Yes, we have attendants available for $20 per hour per unit.

Our personnel are trained to meet or exceed State of Oklahoma Standards and are prepared to make your event fun and SAFE!

Are you insured?
Yes! Our insurance exceeds the State of Oklahoma requirements.
